Part pregnancy couches, part confidants, Doulas give pregnant women the information and emotional support that traditional medicine lacks.

Pregnancy lasts an average of 273.75 days. That's 9 months of judgment, alienation, and confusion before the miracle of birth. If you have a Doula, 20 of those days are saved by doula appointments. On those days her Doula is physically present to answer questions, encourage Mom to defend her choices, and remind her to give herself some TLC.

But what about the remaining 253.75 days?

For the days Doula can't be there, we created a peel and stick pregnancy tracker. It's loaded with conversation starters, self-care reminders, and Doula wisdoms. Delivered in a voice that treats Mom like a friend, not a patient.

“That's a fantastic idea! I totally would have bought that. There are so many things to think of and it's super overwhelming to try and think of them all on your own.”

- Laura, New Mom and Doula Client

“Holy crap I love this! I want one for all of my clients! Pregnant ladies love countdowns too. They'd be all over a daily thing to do.”

- Katie, Doula and Prenatal Yoga Instructor
